Nicolas Fouassier
CEO
Nicolas holds a MSc. in Energy and Environment engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon, France. He also holds a Master in Management of Sustainable Development and Climate Change from the Business School of Toulouse, France.
Peik Stenlund
Co-founder, Director
Peik is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for climate change mitigation. At Pamoja he works with business and legal affairs. He has previously worked in management positions in the renewable energy industry worldwide.
Olof Hallström
Senior Project Manager, Director
Olof holds a MSc. in Environmental Engineering with specialization in Renewable Energy Technologies from Lund University, Sweden. He has 10+ years of experience developing and installing solar energy systems and heat pump technologies in emerging markets across the globe.
Celio Barnete
Operation Manager
Celio is a trained lawyer and experienced operations executive. He is passionate about driving impactful business. Celio has previously worked with renewable energies in Mozambique and in the international development industry.

Matteo holds a double MSc in Sustainable Energy Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and UPC BarcelonaTech, with a specialization in Combined Energy Systems. At Pamoja, he leads the integration of carbon finance and scale-up of clean energy projects in Mozambique. With a background in project management and a strong focus on climate impact, he brings technical and strategic expertise to support the global energy transition.
